Miss World Contestants Visit Telangana Police Command Centre, Secretariat
As part of the ongoing 72nd Miss World Festival, contestants from around the globe visited the Telangana Police Integrated Command and Control Centre (TGICCC) and the state Secretariat in Hyderabad on Sunday.
The visit offered the delegates a firsthand look at Telangana’s advanced public safety infrastructure. At the TGICCC, they were introduced to the state-of-the-art surveillance and emergency response systems designed to ensure swift action and efficient crisis management.
The TGICCC is one of India’s most advanced policing and emergency monitoring facilities, serving as a hub for real-time coordination across various law enforcement and civic departments.
The event also showcased Telangana’s emphasis on secure and smart governance, reinforcing the state’s image as a safe and progressive destination for global visitors. The delegates later toured the newly built Telangana Secretariat, where they learned about the administrative and governance frameworks of the state.
The visit was a key highlight of the Miss World Festival’s cultural and civic engagement calendar, aimed at promoting international goodwill and tourism.
