AU Small Finance Bank on Tuesday announced the launch of its dedicated gold loan branch network, marking a significant step in its nationwide expansion strategy in secured retail lending.

The bank has inaugurated its first two exclusive gold loan servicing branches in Jamnagar and Junagadh, Gujarat. The move signals the beginning of a phased rollout aimed at strengthening the bank’s presence in the gold loan segment.

According to a statement issued by the lender, nine more exclusive gold loan branches will be operational across Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra before March 31, 2026. The expansion is designed to enhance the bank’s reach in key secured lending markets and cater to growing customer demand for gold-backed financing solutions.

The initiative aligns with AU SFB’s broader strategy to diversify its secured loan portfolio while deepening its footprint in high-potential regions across the country.
