Ajay Devgn announces AI-powered film ‘Bal Tanhaji’

Actor Ajay Devgn and producer Danish Devgn on Monday announced their upcoming AI-powered film “Bal Tanhaji” under their next-generation entertainment venture, Lens Vault Studios (LVS), marking a new step in technology-driven storytelling in Indian cinema.

Rooted in the legacy of the 2020 blockbuster “Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior”, the new project aims to expand the franchise into unexplored narrative territory, reimagining the universe for a generation that consumes stories beyond traditional theatrical platforms.

According to a press release, “Bal Tanhaji” reflects Lens Vault Studios’ core ambition to create enduring story worlds that exist across multiple platforms, formats and technologies, blending cinema with artificial intelligence-powered innovation.

The makers said the film will explore new creative possibilities by integrating advanced technology with storytelling, signalling a shift towards immersive and future-ready entertainment experiences.
