3 Accused of Religious Conversion Tied to Tree, Beaten in Odisha

In a shocking incident, three people, including two women, were tied to a tree and beaten by a mob in Gobardhanpur village, Balasore district, over allegations of attempting to convert tribal families to another religion.
The incident occurred on Thursday and came to light after a video went viral on social media. Subash Chandra Mallick, officer-in-charge of the Remuna police station, stated that the police acted swiftly, rescuing the individuals and preventing further violence.
