Yogi Adityanath Calls for Expert-Driven Strategy to Boost Global Investment in UP

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday emphasized the need to involve sector-specific experts to further enhance the state’s industrial ecosystem and strengthen its position as a global investment hub.

While reviewing the performance of Invest UP, the state’s investment promotion agency, the Chief Minister stressed the importance of building on the strong foundation laid over the past eight years.

“By embracing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mantra of Reform, Perform, and Transform, Uttar Pradesh has emerged as the country’s leading investment destination,” Adityanath said. “This positive environment must be further enhanced through strategic and expert-driven efforts.”

According to an official statement, the Chief Minister instructed Invest UP to function as a model agency for investment promotion and facilitation. He highlighted the critical role of engaging industry specialists across sectors to attract targeted investments and streamline investor support.

The push comes as Uttar Pradesh continues to draw significant domestic and international interest in sectors like manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, logistics, and technology. The state government aims to leverage this momentum by adopting a more focused, knowledge-driven approach to investor engagement.

Officials have been tasked with ensuring that sectoral experts are integrated into the planning and implementation process to guide policy, investment proposals, and promotional campaigns in line with global standards.
