SRK Pays Tribute to Terror Victims, Calls for Unity and Peace
Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan paid heartfelt tribute to the victims and security personnel of major terror attacks, urging citizens to remain united and uphold peace as the nation’s greatest strength. Speaking at the 2025 Global Peace Honours in Mumbai, the 60-year-old actor emphasized that “nothing can shake or defeat India” when its people stand together.
SRK remembered those who lost their lives in the 2008 Mumbai 26/11 attacks, the Pahalgam terror attack earlier this year, and the recent blast near Delhi’s Red Fort.
“My humble tribute to the innocent people who lost their lives in the 26/11 terrorist attack, the Pahalgam terrorist attack, and the recent Delhi blasts, and my respectful salute to our brave security personnel who were martyred in these attacks,” he said.
The actor urged citizens to rise above differences based on religion, caste, language, or ideology, stressing that true strength lies in harmony. His message received widespread applause as he highlighted peace as the foundation of India’s resilience and unity.
