Real estate firm Signature Global (India) Ltd has acquired 8.39 acres of land in Sector 37D, Gurugram, for ₹282.42 crore to develop a large-scale housing project. The company expects the project to generate around ₹3,200 crore in revenue.

In a statement released on Friday, Signature Global stated that the newly acquired land has a development potential of approximately 20 lakh square feet, making it a significant addition to the company’s growing real estate portfolio.

“This acquisition aligns with our strategy to expand in key locations and meet the rising demand for residential housing in Gurugram,” the company said.

The move comes as the Gurugram real estate market continues to witness strong demand, driven by infrastructure growth and increasing homebuyer interest. Signature Global, known for its focus on affordable and mid-segment housing, aims to capitalize on this momentum with its latest project.
