iQOO Seeks Under-25 Chief Gaming Officer to Boost Gaming Focus

Smartphone maker iQOO has launched a search for a Chief Gaming Officer (CGO) under the age of 25 as part of its strategy to expand in the growing gaming market. The initiative aims to engage with young gaming enthusiasts and integrate their insights into the company’s future smartphone designs.

According to iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya, the company has opened registrations for individuals aged 18-25 years on its official website, providing a unique opportunity for young gamers to turn their passion into a rewarding career.

“The Chief Gaming Officer will work closely with the gaming community, sharing insights on gameplay, gaming styles, and user preferences to help co-create gaming-focused devices,” Marya stated.

With mobile gaming on the rise in India, iQOO is looking to strengthen its foothold in the segment by directly involving gamers in the development process. The CGO role is expected to bridge the gap between gaming enthusiasts and smartphone innovation.

Further details on selection criteria and responsibilities are expected to be revealed soon.
