Jindal Stainless Ltd (JSL) on Friday announced that Anurag Mantri has resigned from his position as Executive Director and Group CFO.

According to a regulatory filing by JSL, Mantri will step down from his role at the close of business hours on April 4, 2025. The company stated that he has resigned to explore new professional opportunities.

“Anurag Mantri has been instrumental in steering the financial strategies of Jindal Stainless. We appreciate his contributions and wish him success in his future endeavors,” the company said in a statement.

JSL has not yet announced a successor for the role. The company is expected to initiate the process of appointing a new CFO in due course.
