PM Modi Highlights Strengthening India-Saudi Arabia Ties in Arab News Interview

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has underscored the deepening relationship between India and Saudi Arabia, describing the Kingdom as a “trusted friend and strategic ally” during an exclusive interview with Arab News. The conversation comes amid growing bilateral cooperation across trade, energy, security, and cultural exchange.

Sharing the key highlights of the interview on social media platform X, the Prime Minister’s Office stated:
“In an interview with @arabnews, PM @narendramodi highlighted the growing ties between India and Saudi Arabia. He described Saudi Arabia as ‘a trusted friend and strategic ally,’ emphasising the significant expansion of bilateral relations since the creation of the Strategic Partnership Council in 2019.”

Since the establishment of the India-Saudi Strategic Partnership Council, both nations have witnessed a steady rise in collaboration across multiple sectors. This includes increased investment opportunities, enhanced energy cooperation, and stronger people-to-people ties.
