Ola Speeds Festive Deliveries, Focuses Profitability

Ola Electric Ramps Up Festive Deliveries, Stays Focused on Profitability
Ola Electric is sharpening its festive season strategy with a significant push on production and inventory to cut delivery timelines by more than half, bringing them down from the current 12–14 days, company sources said.
The move aims to enhance customer experience by avoiding long waiting periods, which have been a concern in earlier cycles. “The festive season is critical, and delivery speed will be the differentiator,” a company insider noted.
Ola is stocking up its retail network to ensure faster handovers, while its flagship S1 Pro Gen 3 scooter continues to drive the bulk of sales. The model, featuring upgraded hardware and software, is expected to remain the company’s bestseller this season.
Unlike rivals offering steep discounts of 10–12% during festive sales, Ola is holding firm on its strategy of sustainable growth and profitability, focusing on improved EBITDA margins.
With over one million vehicles sold—almost double that of its nearest competitor TVS Motor—Ola is positioning itself strongly to tap the festive surge in two-wheeler demand.
