The much-awaited Repertwahr Festival, a premier performing arts event, kicks off its 12th season on Thursday in Lucknow. Over the next four days, the festival promises an array of enriching experiences across theatre, music, literature, comedy, and culture.

The festival, supported by Uttar Pradesh Tourism, features an impressive lineup of artistes, including veteran lyricist and poet Javed Akhtar, renowned Urdu poet Azhar Iqbal, and popular singer-songwriter Prateek Kuhad.

Theatre enthusiasts can look forward to three major performances, as theatre remains the centerpiece of the festival, according to a statement by the organizers.
