Jayshree Periwal High School, Jaipur Wins Indian Navy Quiz THINQ-25 Grand Finale at INA Ezhimala
The Grand Finale of the Indian Navy Quiz THINQ-25 concluded with great enthusiasm at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala on November 5, 2025. The event, graced by Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff, as the Chief Guest, marked the culmination of a nationwide celebration of knowledge, innovation, and maritime heritage.
Themed “MAHASAGAR”, this year’s edition reflected the Indian Navy’s spirit of exploration, excellence, and its commitment to fostering maritime awareness among the youth. From thousands of participants across India, 16 schools representing all zones—North, South, East, and West—qualified for the semi-finals, with the top eight teams advancing to the Grand Finale.
After a fierce battle of intellect and teamwork, Jayshree Periwal High School, Jaipur emerged as the champions, while PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Samastipur claimed the runners-up position. Other finalists included Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (Kannur), Subodh Public School (Jaipur), Shiksha Niketan (Jamshedpur), Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan (Chennai), Cambridge Court High School (Jaipur), and Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Centre (Kanpur).
Addressing the participants, Admiral Tripathi commended the young quizzers for their passion, awareness, and understanding of India’s maritime legacy. He emphasized the importance of nurturing curiosity and innovation among students, describing them as the future leaders and thinkers who will shape India’s maritime future.
The Grand Finale was live-streamed on the Indian Navy’s official YouTube and Facebook pages, witnessing enthusiastic participation and viewership from schools, naval establishments, and maritime enthusiasts nationwide.
The Indian Navy announced that THINQ-26 will continue the voyage of knowledge, inspiring new generations to explore, engage, and excel in the spirit of India’s rich maritime tradition.
