Essar Energy Transition Fuels Expands Jet Fuel Supply to Two More UK Airports

Essar Energy Transition’s (EET) Fuels, the trading arm of Essar Oil (UK) Ltd, has signed agreements to supply jet fuel to two additional major UK airports, further expanding its footprint in the aviation sector.

EET is spearheading the Essar Group’s $3.6 billion low-carbon projects in the UK and India, with a strong focus on sustainable energy solutions. The group also operates the Stanlow oil refinery in the UK, a key asset in its energy transition strategy.

With this latest expansion, EET Fuels now supplies jet fuel to nine UK airports, marking a major step in its mission to enhance energy security and support the aviation industry’s growth.

“This expansion elevates EET Fuels’ total network to nine airports across the UK, marking a significant milestone in its mission to bolster energy security and support the aviation industry’s growth,” the company said in a statement.
