BHUBANESWAR: Extensive preparations are in place for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to Odisha on Tuesday, marking his first trip to the state since the swearing-in of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on June 12.

Upon arrival at Biju Patnaik International Airport at 10:50 AM, PM Modi will proceed to Gadkana village. There, he will engage with beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and launch the ‘Subhadra Yojana,’ the state’s newly-formed social welfare scheme for women.

The visit will also see PM Modi inaugurate various infrastructure projects, underscoring the government’s commitment to development and welfare initiatives. Authorities have meticulously planned the day’s events to ensure smooth logistics and security for the high-profile visit.
