Former Australian opener David Warner has expressed his frustration with Cricket Australia over its handling of the ball change issue during the first unofficial Test between India A and Australia A. Warner claims the governing body “squashed” the matter “as quickly as possible” after the umpires provided a new ball to the Indian players on the final day of the four-day match in Mackay.

The issue arose when the umpires changed the ball at the start of play, leading to discontent among the Indian players.
