CM Majhi Directs Officials for Flawless Arrangements Ahead of PM Modi’s Odisha Visit on Sept 27

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has instructed top officials of various departments to ensure seamless arrangements for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming visit to the state on September 27.

According to an official statement, the Prime Minister will participate in the national-level “Sewa Parv” programme in Berhampur and is also scheduled to unveil several key welfare projects from Odisha.

The Chief Minister chaired a high-level meeting with departmental secretaries on Friday, directing them to coordinate closely and leave no room for lapses in preparations.

The Sewa Parv initiative, a nationwide campaign, celebrates the spirit of service (Seva) as the highest form of patriotism, aimed at furthering the vision of Viksit Bharat.

Officials said the visit will draw significant attention as it combines both a national programme and the launch of development projects, marking an important occasion for Odisha.
