Odisha to mark BJP government’s anniversary

Odisha to Celebrate First Anniversary of BJP Government in June
The Odisha government is set to celebrate the first anniversary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) administration in the state with a series of events scheduled from June 11 to 13, officials announced on Sunday.
The celebrations will mark one year of the Mohan Charan Majhi-led BJP government and will feature activities such as the publication of report cards, exhibitions, and public meetings across the state. These events will be held at the block, district, and state levels to highlight the government’s achievements and developmental initiatives over the past year.
To ensure smooth execution of the planned activities, Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja held a preparatory meeting with senior officials on Saturday. The upcoming events are expected to involve public participation and wide outreach to showcase the government’s performance.
This will be the first time Odisha celebrates the anniversary of a BJP-led state government, following the party’s electoral victory last year that ended the long-standing BJD rule.
