CM Majhi Hails Operation Sindoor Success

Operation Sindoor Has Made Every Indian Proud: Odisha CM Mohan Majhi
Bhubaneswar – Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Saturday hailed the Indian armed forces for their courage and decisiveness in Operation Sindoor, calling it a moment of pride for every Indian. Participating in a spirited Sindoor Yatra in Sarasara village of Boudh district, the CM praised the military offensive as a historic and bold response to terrorism.
“The strength and valor of our armed forces displayed during Operation Sindoor has made every Indian proud,” Majhi said. He emphasized that the operation marked a significant milestone in India’s fight against terrorism and demonstrated a new era of decisive action under strong political leadership.
The Sindoor Yatra, which witnessed hundreds of women waving the national flag and chanting patriotic slogans like “Jai Hind” and “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” reflected the public’s deep sense of national pride and solidarity with the armed forces. The event, though held in Boudh, is part of a larger movement with similar yatras taking place across Odisha, underlining the state government’s zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism.
Majhi, accompanied by BJP MP Sukant Kumar Panigrahi, party chief whip Saroj Kumar Pradhan, and Kantamal MLA Kanhai Charan Dang, joined the march, interacting with citizens and rallying support for the armed forces.
Highlighting the scale of the military operation, Majhi remarked, “Such a fierce attack had not been carried out inside Pakistani territory since 1971.” He lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his firm stance, asserting that any terrorist aggression on Indian soil would be treated as an act of war.
“Our army was always capable,” the Chief Minister added, “but due to a lack of political will in the past, many Indians had to pay with their lives.”
Calling upon all citizens to join the Tricolor Yatra and honor the soldiers who safeguard the nation, Majhi said the success of Operation Sindoor has positioned India’s defense forces among the world’s most respected militaries.
“India is no longer a silent spectator. We are a strong and proud nation, ready to defend every inch of our land,” he concluded, urging continued public support for national security efforts.
