6th Water Festival to Illuminate Adalaj Ni Vav on November 23

The historic Adalaj Ni Vav in Gandhinagar is set to come alive on November 23 as it hosts the 16th edition of the Water Festival, a cultural event that celebrates India’s architectural and artistic heritage.

Sponsored by Gujarat Tourism and co-sponsored by the Adani Group, the festival will present the stepwell in a renewed light, offering visitors a captivating blend of folk and classical music against the backdrop of the monument’s intricate design.

“Completing 16 years is a deeply meaningful milestone for us. The Water Festival remains a tribute to India’s extraordinary architectural heritage, and Adalaj Ni Vav continues to inspire us year after year,” Crraft of Art founder Birwa Qureshi said on Saturday.

The annual event has become a signature cultural experience in Gujarat, drawing art enthusiasts, tourists, and heritage lovers from across the country.
