Shapoorji Pallonji Group Backs Government, Armed Forces Amid Rising India-Pakistan Tensions

Leading engineering and construction conglomerate Shapoorji Pallonji Group on Friday extended its full support to the Indian government and armed forces amid the ongoing military conflict with Pakistan, asserting its commitment to national integrity and sovereignty.

In an official statement, the group praised the Indian armed forces for their “unwavering commitment and courage” during Operation Sindoor — a series of precision strikes launched earlier this week against terror infrastructure across the border.

“Indian armed forces have shown unwavering commitment and courage to thwart and uproot threats to the country from across the border by launching Operation Sindoor under the leadership of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” the company said.

SP Group Chairman Shapoorji P. Mistry called for national unity during this tense period. “In these trying times, it is very important for all of us to stand together as a nation,” he said.

The group, known for its contributions to infrastructure development across India and abroad, emphasized the importance of corporate and civilian solidarity in moments of national security challenges.

The statement comes as several major companies and civil institutions express solidarity with the armed forces, recognizing the significance of a united front in defending India’s territorial and strategic interests.
