Serene Communities, Prathima Group to Invest ₹400 Crore in Senior Living Projects
Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific has partnered with Prathima Group to develop two senior living housing projects in Hyderabad, with a total investment of ₹400 crore, the company announced on Monday.

In a statement, Serene Communities said the collaboration aims to cater to the growing demand for quality senior living spaces in India’s urban centres, with a focus on comfort, healthcare access, and community living.

The first project, titled “Serene BILVANI One,” will come up in Shankarpally, Hyderabad, featuring 265 residences priced from ₹60 lakh onwards.

Company officials said the projects will combine modern amenities with assisted living services to promote independent and dignified lifestyles for senior citizens.

With India’s ageing population projected to rise significantly over the next decade, the partnership seeks to expand Columbia Pacific’s footprint in the country’s fast-growing senior living real estate segment.
