Sattva Group eyes ₹8,600 crore from Bengaluru housing project

Realty firm Sattva Group is expecting to generate over ₹8,600 crore in revenue from its newly launched 50-acre residential project in Bengaluru, as it looks to capitalise on strong housing demand.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the company announced the launch of its latest project, Sattva City, located in North Bengaluru. The development marks a significant step in the company’s expansion strategy.

During the first phase, the project will see the construction of nearly 2,500 residential units, catering to a wide range of homebuyers. The firm highlighted that the overall revenue potential from the project is estimated to exceed ₹8,600 crore.

The move comes amid sustained demand in the residential real estate market, particularly in key urban centres like Bengaluru, where infrastructure growth and employment opportunities continue to drive housing sales.
