Russian Embassy Honors Biju Patnaik’s Contribution to World War II with Special Plaque

The commemorative event at the Russian Embassy in New Delhi was attended by Odisha’s current Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, the son of Biju Patnaik, who participated at the invitation of Russian Ambassador Denis Alipov.
