NEW DELHI: Director Karan Johar marked the first anniversary of “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani” on Sunday, expressing gratitude for the overwhelming love and appreciation the film has received since its release.

Released on July 28, 2023, the film signaled Johar’s return to the director’s chair after a seven-year hiatus. Produced under Johar’s family banner, Dharma Productions, in collaboration with Viacom18 Studios, “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani” has been praised for its progressive portrayal of gender roles.
