Poverty Should Not Pose Hindrance to Education: Himanta

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma emphasized that the state government is committed to ensuring that poverty does not hinder access to education. Speaking at the ’12 Days of Development’ initiative in Nagaon on Friday, Sarma highlighted various initiatives aimed at providing equal educational opportunities for all students, regardless of their financial background.

The Chief Minister stressed the importance of empowering students through quality education to help them achieve their dreams and contribute to the development of society.
