A shocking incident unfolded at Telengabasant Nodal Upper Primary School in Kendrapara district on Friday when a 14-year-old student allegedly stabbed his classmate. The incident occurred during class hours, and the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The accused, also a class 8 student, has been detained by the Pattamundai Rural police after the headmistress filed a First Information Report (FIR). Police officials are investigating the circumstances leading to the incident.
