Mother Dairy Launches High-Protein Milk ‘Promilk’ in Delhi-NCR

Mother Dairy has introduced ‘Promilk’, a high-protein cow milk product aimed at addressing India’s protein deficit, particularly in the Delhi-NCR region. Priced at ₹70 per litre, the product will be available in 500 ml and 1-litre packs across offline and online retail outlets starting Thursday.

Each litre of Promilk contains 40 grams of protein, 4% fat, and 11.5% solids-not-fat (SNF) and is fortified with vitamins A and D to enhance nutritional value.

Mother Dairy Managing Director Manish Bandlish emphasized the need for such products, citing that 70-80% of Indians struggle to meet daily protein requirements, with 93% unaware of their nutritional deficiencies.

The launch aligns with Mother Dairy’s commitment to improving nutrition and providing healthier dairy alternatives for Indian consumers.
