JSW MG Motor India Sells 50,000 MG Windsor Units in Under 400 Days

JSW MG Motor India has announced a major sales milestone, revealing that its electric SUV, the MG Windsor, has crossed 50,000 units sold in less than 400 days—making it India’s first four-wheeler EV to achieve this record.

The company highlighted that the Windsor averaged an impressive five units sold every hour, underscoring its strong market acceptance and growing consumer confidence in electric mobility.

Managing Director Anurag Mehrotra and Deputy Managing Director Biju Balendran marked the achievement alongside the JSW MG Motor India team, celebrating what the company calls a defining moment in India’s EV journey.

The MG Windsor’s rapid sales trajectory reflects the increasing shift toward sustainable mobility solutions, supported by expanding charging infrastructure and heightened consumer interest in clean-energy vehicles.
