Maruti Suzuki Targets 8,000 Service Touchpoints by 2030-31

Maruti Suzuki India, the country’s leading car manufacturer, announced plans to expand its service network to 8,000 touchpoints by the 2030-31 fiscal year. The initiative aims to enhance customer convenience and improve the car ownership experience.
Currently, the company operates 5,240 service touchpoints across its NEXA and ARENA outlets. The milestone achievement of opening the 500th NEXA service touchpoint was also celebrated on Wednesday.
“Our goal is to consistently offer convenience and superior service to our customers by ensuring a Maruti Suzuki service touchpoint is always nearby,” said Hisashi Takeuchi, MD & CEO of Maruti Suzuki India.
This expansion underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening its customer service infrastructure and reaching more vehicle owners across the nation.
