Kriti Sanon celebrates one year of Do Patti, calls it a film she’ll “always be proud of”

Bollywood star Kriti Sanon on Saturday celebrated the first anniversary of her film Do Patti, describing it as a project she will “always be proud of.”
Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, the film was jointly produced by Kanika Dhillon and Kriti Sanon under her banner Blue Butterfly Films, marking the actor’s debut venture as a producer.
“Do Patti will always hold a special place in my heart. It was my first film as a producer and a story that challenged me as an actor. It’s a film I will always be proud of,” Sanon said in a post on social media.
The Netflix original featured Kriti Sanon in a dual role, alongside Kajol and Shaheer Sheikh, and explored complex themes of identity, ambition, and justice against a thrilling backdrop.
Released on October 25 last year, Do Patti received praise for its strong performances and stylish storytelling. Sanon’s transition from actor to producer was also widely appreciated within the industry, with the film marking an important step in her evolving creative journey.
Reflecting on the milestone, the National Award-winning actor expressed gratitude to her fans and team, saying, “Every story we tell is a piece of our heart, and Do Patti was just the beginning of mine as a storyteller.”
