ISSF Appoints Indian Shooting Promoter Amit Bhalla as President Ambassador
The International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) has appointed Amit Bhalla, India’s leading promoter of shooting sports, as the ‘ISSF President Ambassador.’ In this role, Bhalla will be responsible for nurturing the growth of the sport among universities worldwide.
The decision was made during the ISSF’s executive committee meeting, entrusting Bhalla with the critical task of strengthening the relationship with the International University Sports Federation (FISU).
“As ISSF President Ambassador, your tasks include, among others, to represent me (ISSF president) at competitions and institutional events, to promote the ISSF, and to maintain relations with institutions on behalf of me,” said ISSF President Luciano Rossi in a statement.
