Flowkar Launches ‘Markent’ with Ganesh Chaturthi Contest Offering ₹2.5 Lakh Rewards

India’s fastest-growing social media innovation platform Flowkar on Saturday announced the launch of its new feature ‘Markent’, touted as the country’s first skill-based digital competition tool designed to bridge the gap between brands, creators, and audiences through user-generated content (UGC).

To mark the launch, Flowkar has unveiled a special Ganesh Chaturthi 2025 contest, inviting participants to upload photos and videos with their Ganpati Bappa idols. Winners of the competition stand a chance to bag rewards worth ₹2.5 lakh.

The platform said Markent will empower creators by enabling them to showcase their talent in branded competitions while giving businesses an opportunity to engage with audiences through authentic and creative digital content.

“This initiative is aimed at fostering meaningful connections between creators and brands while encouraging users to express themselves during festive celebrations,” Flowkar said in a statement.

The company added that the Ganesh Chaturthi contest is just the beginning, with more brand-led competitions planned to roll out in the coming months.
