Adivi Sesh Opposes Mass Street Dog Confinement

Adivi Sesh Urges Authorities to Reconsider Street Dog Confinement in NCR
Telugu actor Adivi Sesh has written to the Chief Justice of India and Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, appealing against the directive for the mass confinement of street dogs in the National Capital Region.
A known dog lover, the Major actor said that sterilised and vaccinated dogs should be allowed to live in their original territories, as per existing animal welfare laws. He emphasised that population control should be carried out through humane and lawful measures rather than mass confinement.
In his letter, the 40-year-old actor suggested alternative solutions that could ensure public safety while showing compassion towards animals, aiming to strike a balance between community concerns and animal rights.
