New Delhi, June 17, 2025 – Netflix has announced that its upcoming romantic drama “Aap Jaisa Koi”, starring R. Madhavan and Fatima Sana Shaikh, will premiere on the streaming platform on July 11, 2025. Directed by Vivek Soni, the film explores an unconventional love story between an older man and a younger woman, portraying how love can bloom in the most unexpected of places—even between two people who have given up on it.

Produced by Karan Johar under the Dharmatic Entertainment banner, along with Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra, the film promises a heartwarming blend of romance, humor, and emotional depth. The narrative revolves around Shrirenu, played by Madhavan, a reserved Sanskrit teacher, and Madhu, played by Shaikh, a free-spirited French instructor. Their evolving relationship forms the emotional core of the film.
