Preity Zinta Calls Out Intrusive Paparazzi Culture

Actor Preity Zinta has spoken out against the growing culture of intrusive paparazzi, describing it as “scary” and stressing the importance of maintaining personal boundaries.

During an interactive AMA session on social media platform X, Zinta responded to a fan’s question about choosing between fame, privacy, and peace of mind. The actor said she does not see it as a matter of sacrifice but rather a balancing act shaped by her personal values.

Calling herself a “very private person,” Zinta acknowledged her love for connecting with fans but emphasised that there must be limits. She noted that while she enjoys taking pictures with admirers and engaging with them, constant media attention can sometimes cross the line.

“Nothing is a sacrifice… I have learnt to accept things the way they are and manage expectations,” she wrote, adding that setting boundaries with both people and the media is essential.
