Pratt & Whitney Opens New Customer Service Centre in Bengaluru
US aerospace giant Pratt & Whitney has announced the opening of a new Customer Service Centre (CSS) in Bengaluru, aimed at enhancing support for its global operations. This facility is part of the company’s India Capability Centre and will provide comprehensive customer service for Pratt & Whitney Canada’s 68,000 engines currently in service worldwide.
The new CSS is strategically co-located with Pratt & Whitney’s supply chain operations, engineering, and digital transformation centres of excellence in India. This integration will enable streamlined processes and improved efficiency in delivering essential services.
The Customer Service Centre will offer a wide array of services, including Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) support, spare part management, engine leasing, engine reliability analysis, and contract administration. This multifaceted approach aims to bolster customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness for clients across the globe.
