Odisha Govt Reshuffles IAS Officers; New Malkangiri Collector Appointed

The Government of Odisha on Thursday carried out a reshuffle among several Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, appointing Prathamesh Arvind Rajeshirke as the new Collector of Malkangiri district.

According to an official notification issued by the state government, the incumbent collector Somesh Kumar Upadhyay has been transferred and appointed as Director of Textiles and Handlooms in Odisha.

In another key appointment, Smruti Ranjan Pradhan has been named the Managing Director of the Odisha Small Industries Corporation. He will also hold the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer of Startup Odisha.

The reshuffle is part of routine administrative changes aimed at strengthening governance and improving administrative efficiency across departments in the state.
