Kalpataru Limited has become one of the first real estate companies in Mumbai to adopt the Model Sub Registration Office (SRO) system developed by the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra government, in collaboration with VFS Global.
The initiative aims to make property registration faster, more seamless and convenient for homebuyers. Kalpataru has used the Model SRO facility at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) as part of its efforts to streamline the property registration process and provide a more customer-centric experience.
Kalpataru Limited Managing Director Parag M. Munot welcomed the Maharashtra government's initiative, describing it as a progressive step towards simplifying property document registration.
Munot thanked Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule for the initiative and their efforts to make property registration more seamless and citizen-centric.
The Model SRO facility is designed to improve the overall experience of citizens completing property registration and represents an effort to modernise and streamline registration services in Maharashtra.
