Swedish beauty and wellbeing brand Oriflame is targeting India to become its largest global market by 2030, with the country expected to account for one in every four euros of the company’s global revenue.
India currently contributes around one in every 10 euros to Oriflame’s global revenue. The company aims to significantly increase its contribution as part of its long-term growth strategy for the Indian market.
As part of the expansion plan, Oriflame intends to add 10 lakh new Beauty Entrepreneurs in India by 2030, further strengthening its direct-selling network across the country.
The company said the planned expansion reflects its focus on increasing its presence in India and reaching more consumers through its direct-selling model. The Swedish brand offers beauty and wellbeing products through its network of Beauty Entrepreneurs.
With the new target, India is set to play a larger role in Oriflame’s global business, both in terms of revenue contribution and expansion of its direct-selling community.
