GE T&D India Wins Powergrid Order to Establish Transmission Asset Management Center in Odisha

In a significant development, GE T&D India has clinched an order from Powergrid to establish a State Transmission Asset Management Centre (STAMC) in Odisha. This center, to be set up in collaboration with Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL), will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of grid operations through real-time monitoring and control.
The STAMC will empower OPTCL to optimize grid operations, enabling seamless integration of renewable energy sources into the grid network.
