Modi offers prayers at Kashi Vishwanath Temple

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday performed darshan and pooja at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi, praying for the prosperity, happiness, and good health of the people of the nation.

Sharing his experience, the Prime Minister expressed a sense of spiritual fulfillment after offering prayers at the temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. He said he sought blessings for the well-being and prosperity of all citizens.

Modi also mentioned visiting the shrines of Maa Annapurna and the Ganga River, noting that the darshan brought him immense peace and positive energy.

He conveyed his reverence to the people of Kashi and highlighted the spiritual significance of the city, one of the holiest places in India.

The visit comes as part of the Prime Minister’s engagements in Uttar Pradesh, where he has been participating in developmental and cultural events.
