Prime Minister Chairs National Conference of Chief Secretaries in New Delhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday chaired the National Conference of Chief Secretaries in New Delhi, focusing on key issues related to governance, reforms and administrative efficiency.

The conference brought together Chief Secretaries from across states and Union Territories to deliberate on policy implementation, cooperative federalism and best governance practices. Discussions centred on improving service delivery, accelerating reforms and strengthening coordination between the Centre and states.

Sharing his thoughts on social media platform X, the Prime Minister said, “Had insightful discussions on various issues relating to governance and reforms during the National Conference of Chief Secretaries being held in Delhi.”

The National Conference of Chief Secretaries is a significant platform aimed at fostering collaboration between the Union government and states, enabling exchange of ideas and strategies to enhance governance outcomes across the country.
