Mohun Bagan Edge Odisha FC 3-2 In Thrilling ISL Clash

Mohun Bagan Super Giant (MBSG) secured a thrilling 3-2 victory over Odisha FC in an entertaining Indian Super League (ISL) encounter at the Salt Lake Stadium on Thursday, with Serbian forward Dejan Drazic scoring twice.

Drazic emerged as the star of the match, finding the net in the 47th and 74th minutes to put the Mariners in a strong position. Lee Erwin scored the decisive goal in the 88th minute to seal all three points for the Kolkata-based side.

Odisha FC fought back strongly and managed to equalise twice during the contest. Mahmoud Eid scored in the 51st minute to cancel out Drazic's opener, while Everton found the net in the 79th minute to make it 2-2.

However, Mohun Bagan maintained their attacking intensity and Erwin's late strike proved decisive, handing the Mariners a hard-fought victory in front of the home crowd.

The five-goal encounter witnessed an intense battle between the two sides, with Odisha FC displaying resilience but ultimately falling short against the Mariners.
