Naveen Patnaik Reaffirms Commitment to Odisha

BJD President Naveen Patnaik joins Jansampark Padyatra in Bhubaneswar, reaffirming his lifelong commitment to serve the people of Odisha.
Bhubaneswar, Oct 16 : Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President and Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to serve the people of Odisha, reiterating that public service has always been the guiding principle of his party.
Patnaik joined the Jansampark Padyatra, a statewide public outreach programme of the BJD, held at Ganganagar Biju Adarsh Colony under the Bhubaneswar East Assembly constituency. Accompanied by senior party leaders and hundreds of workers, he interacted with residents, thanking them for their birthday wishes and continued support to the BJD.
Addressing the gathering, Patnaik said the BJD has consistently stood by the people of Odisha in every situation and would continue to do so in the future. “Service to the people has been and will always remain our top priority,” he said, urging party workers to remain dedicated to public welfare.
The event was chaired by Bhubaneswar BJD President Ashok Chandra Panda, and attended by senior leaders including BJD Senior Vice-President Deviprasad Mishra, MPs Debashish Samantaray and Sultana Deo, Bhubaneswar Mayor Sulochana Das, Deputy Mayor Manjulata Kanhar, several MLAs, and party corporators.
The Jansampark Yatra, launched on October 9, will continue till November 9, covering various districts across Odisha to strengthen the party’s connection with people at the grassroots level.
