India U-19 Beats Pakistan, No-Handshakes

Indian U-19 Team Upholds ‘No-Handshake’ Policy Against Pakistan in Asia Cup Win
India’s U-19 cricket team maintained its “no-handshake” stance against Pakistan as they secured a convincing 90-run victory in the Asia Cup on Sunday.
During the toss at the ICC Academy grounds, India captain Ayush Mhatre and his Pakistani counterpart Farhan Yousaf avoided any handshake, continuing a policy adopted in recent encounters between the two teams. The gesture, or lack thereof, was also mirrored after the match concluded, as both sides did not exchange handshakes.
In the game, India posted a competitive total of 241, and Pakistan were bowled out for 150 in 41.2 overs while chasing. The win reinforced India’s strong performance in the tournament and highlighted their dominance over their arch-rivals at the U-19 level.
