Citroen Signs MoU with CAB-EEZ Infra Tech to Supply 2,000 e-C3 EVs
French automotive giant Citroen has announced a strategic partnership with urban e-mobility company CAB-EEZ Infra Tech Pvt Ltd to supply 2,000 units of its electric vehicle, the e-C3, over the next year. This collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by both companies.
As part of the agreement, Citroen has already delivered the first batch of 100 e-C3 units to CAB-EEZ Infra Tech. This is in addition to the 200 e-C3 vehicles currently in the Cab-E fleet, bringing the total number of Citroen EVs in operation to over 300 in the cities of Mumbai and Pune.
“We are excited to expand our partnership with CAB-EEZ Infra Tech and support the growth of sustainable urban mobility in India,” said a spokesperson from Citroen India in a statement.
The addition of these electric vehicles is expected to significantly bolster CAB-EEZ Infra Tech’s eco-friendly transportation options, aligning with the broader push towards sustainable and emission-free mobility solutions in urban areas.
