‘Dhurandhar’ set for Japan release July 10

The Dhurandhar (Part One), starring Ranveer Singh, is set to release in Japan on July 10, 2026, the makers announced on Wednesday.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy action thriller marks the first installment of a planned saga. The film is presented by Jio Studios and produced by B62 Studios.

Since its global release on December 5, 2025, the film has emerged as a massive box office success, collecting over Rs 1,328 crore worldwide and setting multiple records across key international markets.

Announcing the Japan release, Jio Studios shared on Instagram, “It’s time for Japan to experience the ‘Dhurandhar’ energy! Arriving in theatres across Japan on 10.7.2026.”

The expansion into Japan marks another milestone for the film, reflecting the growing global reach of Indian cinema and the popularity of high-octane action entertainers overseas.
