Bizom AWS Boost AI Retail Intelligence

Bizom Partners with Amazon Web Services to Boost AI-Driven RTM Capabilities
Bizom, a leading AI-first retail intelligence platform for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands, has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to strengthen its artificial intelligence (AI)-driven Route-to-Market (RTM) capabilities.
The partnership is aimed at enhancing Bizom’s AI architecture with improved reliability, performance, and security as the company scales across multiple markets. Leveraging AWS’s deep expertise in cloud computing and AI, Bizom seeks to deliver faster insights, smarter execution, and more resilient decision-making for CPG brands operating in complex and high-velocity environments.
As part of the collaboration, Bizom will utilise AWS technologies, including Amazon Bedrock and the Amazon Nova family of models, to enable advanced agentic workflows within its platform. This will support hyperlocal intelligence, real-time data processing, and intelligent automation across sales, distribution, and merchandising functions.
The company said the association is rooted in strategic guidance, technical best practices, and thought leadership from AWS, helping Bizom build scalable AI systems capable of supporting long-term growth and continuous innovation.
“Working with AWS strengthens the very core of how we build and scale AI-led Route-to-Market solutions at Bizom. As we help CPG brands move from records to building on intelligence, AWS’s expertise enables us to deliver real intelligence with the performance, security, and reliability that enterprise customers expect,” said Lalit Bhise, CEO and Co-founder of Bizom.
With this collaboration, Bizom aims to accelerate innovation while maintaining robust infrastructure standards required to serve large, multi-market CPG ecosystems.
