International Series, IGPL partner to boost Indian golfers

The International Series and the Indian Golf Premier League (IGPL) on Thursday announced a strategic partnership aimed at creating a clear performance pathway for Indian golfers to compete on the global stage.

Under the collaboration, leading players from the IGPL will gain opportunities to participate in various events of the International Series, a tournament platform supported by LIV Golf. The initiative will also provide Indian golfers a chance to compete at the LIV Golf Promotions event, which serves as a gateway for players aspiring to join the elite-level LIV Golf circuit.

The partnership was formalised during the Aramco LIV Golf Singapore event in Singapore, where officials from both organisations outlined their shared vision to strengthen the development pathway for emerging golf talent from India.

Through this initiative, promising Indian golfers will have greater exposure to international competition, helping them gain experience and improve their prospects of competing at the highest levels of professional golf.

Officials said the collaboration is expected to play a key role in nurturing talent and expanding opportunities for Indian players in the global golfing ecosystem.
